- Diabetes
- High blood pressure

- Heart disease
- Thyroid disorders
- Obesity and weight management
Whether caring for patients during routine wellness visits, treating acute illnesses, or managing complex medical conditions, Dr. Adams strives to provide the same level of care he would want for his own family.

He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at UCSF Fresno, where he received extensive training in both inpatient and outpatient medicine.

Compassionate, personalized care focused on lifelong health and wellness
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide exceptional, compassionate, and personalized medical care focused on improving the health and well-being of every patient we serve. We are committed to delivering high-quality internal medicine and primary care services built on trust, accessibility, and meaningful patient relationships.
Our goal is not only to treat illness, but to help prevent disease, promote long-term wellness, and support patients in achieving healthier lives. We believe healthcare should be proactive, thoughtful, and centered around the individual—not rushed or impersonal.
Our Philosophy
At the core of our practice is a simple belief: great healthcare begins with listening.
We believe every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for. No two patients are the same, which is why we take the time to understand each person’s medical history, concerns, goals, and lifestyle before creating individualized care plans.
Our philosophy is built on five guiding principles:
Patient-Centered Care
We place our patients at the center of every decision. Your health goals, concerns, and values matter, and we work collaboratively to create a care plan tailored specifically to you.
Prevention First
We strongly believe that preventing disease is just as important as treating it. Through routine screenings, wellness visits, lifestyle guidance, and early intervention, we aim to keep you healthy and address problems before they become serious.
Partnership for Life
Healthcare is a journey, not a single visit. We are committed to being with our patients every step of the way—through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management.
Excellence in Medicine
We are committed to practicing evidence-based medicine with the highest standards of clinical excellence. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, up-to-date care grounded in medical expertise and compassion.
Compassion & Trust
We believe the strongest patient relationships are built on trust, honesty, and genuine compassion. We strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their care.
